Germany is discussing a reduction in fees paid for energy fed into the grid from photovoltaic sources from 1 July 2010. enorm wants to know from its readers: do subsidies distort competition? Should it be compulsory for public buildings to be equipped with photovoltaic units in the future? Should all forms of renewable energy be subsidised to the same extent?
