Oda Albers, 32, works as a freelance writer for the magazines Stern, Neon, SZ-Magazin, Für Sie and Petra. Prior to this she was an editor at Prinz, Allegra and Gala, as well as responsible for the reportage department at Brigitte Youngmiss.

After training as a photographer, Carsten Hermann studied Communication Design at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. In 1998 he founded the atelier september design studio, in 2005 the Kontextkommunikation agency in Heidelberg. He lectures at the Faculty of Design at Pforzheim University.

Carsten Hermann

A trained photographer, Judith Hehl studied Communication Design at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. In 1998 she co-founded atelier september in Karlsruhe with Carsten Hermann. Hehl teaches typography at Hochschule für Gestaltung Karlsruhe, a design college, and is a creative assistant. In 2008 she was awarded the red dot design prize and has been nominated for the Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany 2010.

Achim Multhaupt is a freelance photographer for journals such as Spiegel, Die Zeit, Stern and Mare. Several award-winning works have been exhibited at galleries in Hamburg and Cologne and the trained photo designer has also published the books Orkanfahrt and Wellenbrecher.
