The 42-year-old political science graduate is a passionate editor and the journalistic heartbeat of enorm. He has previously worked as head reporter for the Kölnische Rundschau and Berliner Kurier, as political editor at Max and in the editorial offices of Hamburger Morgenpost, Matador and Player.

Marc Winkelmann is a freelance journalist and works as writer and executive editor. The 34-year-old has already been published in media such as the Süddeutsche Zeitung, Tagesspiegel, Handelsblatt, Frankfurter Rundschau, Stern and Spiegel.

After training as a photographer, Carsten Hermann studied Communication Design at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. In 1998 he founded the atelier september design studio, in 2005 the Kontextkommunikation agency in Heidelberg. He lectures at the Faculty of Design at Pforzheim University.

A trained photographer, Judith Hehl studied Communication Design at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. In 1998 she co-founded atelier september in Karlsruhe with Carsten Hermann. Hehl teaches typography at Hochschule für Gestaltung Karlsruhe, a design college, and is a creative assistant. In 2008 she was awarded the red dot design prize and has been nominated for the Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany 2010.

Caroline Doose-Bruns develops concepts for online presence for various publications, which she also advises on the subject. Her customers have included Park Avenue, healthy living, woman and Tim Mälzer. She has previously worked as an editor at Brigitte, Allegra und woman.
